Punkin' Love

From pumpkin pancakes for breakfast to chocolate chip pumpkin bread for dessert, you will never grow tired of these fall favorites!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

What You Need

• 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 2 tsps ground cinnamon

• 1 tsp ground nutmeg

• 1⁄4 tsp ground cloves

• 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger

• 3⁄4 tsp salt

• 2 large eggs

• 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar

• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar

• 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin puree

• 1⁄2 cup vegetable or canola oil

• 1⁄4 cup orange juice

• 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

2. Pour wet into dry and mix together (don’t overmix).

3. Pour batter into 9x5 loaf pan.

4. Bake 60-65 minutes at 350° F.

5. Check center until toothpick comes out clean.

6. Let cool. Enjoy!


Pumpkin Pancakes

What You Need

• 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree

• 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin-pie spice

• Your favorite boxed pancake batter

Directions

1. Mix these two ingredients in with your favorite pancake batter.

2. Cook on stove top on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

3. For an extra special fall treat, dollop with pumpkin-flavored whipped topping.
