Pina Colada (Alcohol Free)

May 28, 2020 ● By Karla Goerl

July 10 is the official holiday of the Pina Colada!

...which makes sense given that it's generally swelteringly hot that time of year. Nothing beats a sweet & fruity beverage to take your mind off the heat and humidity of a Nebraska July day.
The
sweetness of pineapple and coconut in this super easy, kid-friendly, non-alcoholic Pina Colada provides a mental escape to the tropics and a nod to relaxation. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and you and your kids are sure to feel fun & festive with such a delicious, thirst-quenching slushy.

Virgin Piña Coladas

(Kid-Friendly)
Makes 4

Ingredients
2 cups of vanilla coconutmilk
1 cup of chopped pineapple
Four pineapple wedges for garnish
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 cup of ice
Dash of Powdered cinnamon

Instructions

Combine coconut milk, pineapple, sugar and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Grab your fancy drinkware and pour even amounts. Jazz up the mocktail with a light sprinkle of cinnamon powder and slip the pineapple wedge on the rim. Cheers!
